Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Clinical Engagement to join our Clinical Engagement Center. This role delivers telephonic medication consultations, health education, and care coordination to improve medication adherence and patient engagement.

You will execute MTM and Stars Adherence programs, educate patients on benefits, coordinate with pharmacies and providers, and help ensure timely access to medications.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician certification required.
• State license as a Pharmacy Technician where applicable.
• 3 years of pharmacy support or clinical program experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient data protection standards.

Responsabilidades

• Independently conduct MTM and Stars Adherence initiatives per protocol.
• Proactive patient outreach to improve engagement and program participation.
• Coordinate care to ensure timely access to medications and therapy continuation.
• Collaborate with CEC team to maintain high-quality clinical services.
• Educate patients on program benefits and adherence with professional judgment.
• Facilitate prescription renewals and day supply requests; coordinate with pharmacies.
• Identify barriers to access and connect patients with clinical or operational resources.
• Apply sound judgment and escalate non-routine decisions per guidelines.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and escalate complex issues appropriately.
• Support workflows and take ownership of tasks contributing to performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
