Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer, MSP to partner with our MSP/MSSP sales teams. This remote role supports select locations with potential hybrid work for Chicago-area candidates.

You will own the technical relationship, map Keeper solutions to partner services, and drive successful pre- and post-sales across multi-tenant environments. You will enable partner teams to position Keeper, demonstrate KeeperPAM, and accelerate deals while keeping operations simple and margins

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales technical role (Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, etc.)
• Direct experience with MSP or MSSP
• Strong MSP business model understanding: recurring services, partner enablement, onboarding
• Excellent communication and entrepreneurial drive
• Windows/Active Directory administration; UNIX/Linux knowledge
• Outstanding presentation skills for tech and executive audiences
• Networking and security tech background; cloud tech (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales process for MSP/MSSP opportunities from discovery to proof-of-concept to close
• Conduct technical discovery of partner service offerings, RMM/PSA stack, customer mix, compliance
• Deliver tailored demos of Keeper MSP console, KeeperPAM, and key integrations
• Address technical questions and competitive comparisons with confidence
• Support product trials, PoC engagements and onboarding through technical close
• Serve as subject matter expert on MSP business models and service delivery
• Advise on RMM, PSA, and security stack integrations
• Relay partner feedback and market insights to product/engineering
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape
• Collaborate with MSP sales team to meet recruitment, pipeline, and revenue goals
• Travel to partner and customer meetings up to 50%
