Job summary
Keeper Security is hiring an experienced Sales Engineer, DevOps to join our B2B sales team. This 100% remote role offers a hybrid option for Chicago-area candidates.
You will guide engineering and security teams through KeeperPAM and Keeper Secrets Manager integrations with tools like Jenkins, Kubernetes, Ansible, and GitLab. You will support pre- and post-sales activities, tailor evaluations, and help customers secure development environments and CI/CD pipelines across cloud-native
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a pre-sales technical role such as Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer or similar.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Ansible, Red Hat OpenShift, GitLab and related DevOps/CI/CD technologies.
- Background in software development, DevOps, DevSecOps, platform engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments and DevOps best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide and manage pre-sales technical support for Keeper products.
- Identify customer opportunities and understand business needs with sales team.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or on-site.
- Serve as a DevOps subject matter expert for customers and teams.
- Assist with implementation, integration and level-2 technical support.
