Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring an experienced Sales Engineer, DevOps to join our B2B sales team. This 100% remote position offers a hybrid option for candidates in the Chicago, IL metro area and requires deep expertise in DevOps, security tooling and customer-facing technical demos.

The role supports pre-sales and post-sales activities, including trials, integration, and technical guidance across KeeperPAM and Keeper Secrets Manager, with opportunities to travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales technical role such as Sales Engineer or Solutions Engineer focusing on DevOps and/or machine identity security
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Kubernetes, Ansible, OpenShift, GitLab and related DevOps/CI/CD tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and able to work remotely from the United States

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support for Keeper products and opportunities
• Identify customer requirements and map them to Keeper solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or on-site
• Assist with implementation and integration and provide level-2 technical assistance
• Serve as a DevOps subject matter expert for customers, prospects and internal teams
• Maintain Salesforce activity and report to management
• Create and deliver technical product trainings for channel partners and customers
• Collaborate with product/engineering teams to stay updated on features and roadmaps
