Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer, MSP to support its MSP/MSSP partner sales team. This is a 100% remote role with potential hybrid arrangements for the Chicago area, focusing on architecting and presenting Keeper solutions to partners and customers.

You will lead technical discovery, craft tailored demonstrations, and guide partners through pre-sales to close, while staying current on security trends and Keeper product offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre-sales technical role (Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, Solutions Engineer, etc.).
• Direct experience with or inside an MSP or MSSP environment.
• Strong MSP business model understanding, including recurring services and partner enablement.
• Excellent communication and entrepreneurial drive; able to present to technical and executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical pre-sales process for MSP/MSSP opportunities from discovery to proof-of-concept to close.
• Build and deliver tailored demos of Keeper MSP solutions for partner teams and end customers.
• Address technical questions and competitive comparisons with confidence.
• Support trials, PoCs, onboarding, and post-sale technical guidance.
• Serve as an internal expert on MSP business models, delivery, and partner landscape.
• Stay informed on security trends, MSP dynamics, and Keeper product evolution.
• Travel to partner/customer meetings locally and nationally as needed (up to 50%).
