Keeper Security is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for MSP/SMB accounts. This 100% remote role offers the chance to develop MSP relationships and drive partner growth, with a hybrid option for those near Chicago.

You will qualify inbound leads, coordinate pricing and training, and conduct virtual demos to showcase Keeper's cybersecurity and privileged access solutions. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in inside sales or B2B SaaS, MSP knowledge, and strong CRM skills, especially

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, channel development, or B2B SaaS sales.
• Foundational MSP and cybersecurity landscape knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM-based sales workflows; Salesforce preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and respond promptly to inbound leads and grow MSP program adoption.
• Manage partner requests for pricing, training and renewals; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Conduct virtual demos showcasing Keeper’s cybersecurity and PAM solutions.
• Develop new MSP/MSSP/Telco partner pipelines and expand territory coverage.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline and forecast records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with MSP Account Manager to transition growing accounts.
