Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Program Implementation Manager to lead client program implementations from discovery through launch and transition to ongoing operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align with client standards, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate has MSP program experience, excellent planning and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, program management, consulting, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
• Experience with MSP programs.
• Strong project planning, organizational, and execution skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects forward and meet timelines and deliverables.
• Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable implementation activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (MPP) and detailed implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and working sessions to understand objectives and requirements.
• Translate client requirements into implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Establish project structure, stakeholder responsibilities, communication cadence, and milestones.
• Align activities with established standards and client-specific requirements.
• Identify dependencies and challenges early and incorporate into planning.
• Lead implementations from initiation through launch and transition to operations.
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, actions, and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Monitor progress against timelines and address barriers to execution.
• Maintain alignment between client expectations and project objectives.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Escalate matters requiring leadership attention.
• Coordinate launch activities and transition to ongoing operations.
• Capture lessons learned and look for improvement opportunities.
• Establish strong working relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams.
