Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Program Implementation Manager to lead client programs from discovery through launch and into ongoing operations. This role partners with clients to understand objectives, develop implementation plans, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in implementation or program management, strong MSP program experience, and proven ability to manage risks, milestones, and stakeholder expectations in a remote,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, program management, consulting, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
• Experience with MSP programs; Pixid Pro VMS familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and implementation planning.
• Translate client requirements into clear plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to keep implementations on track.
• Identify risks and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage launch activities and transition to ongoing operations.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure timely decisions.
