Job summary

CAI is seeking an MSP Program Implementation Manager to lead client program deployments from discovery through launch and ongoing operations. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams and translate client objectives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with standards, timelines, and business goals.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in implementation/program management, MSP program experience, and proficiency with MSP, Pixid Pro VMS, and Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, program management, consulting, or related discipline.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
• Experience with MSP programs and MS Project.
• Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and implementation planning to translate requirements into plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Facilitate meetings, drive action items, and ensure alignment with client expectations and standards.
• Manage risk, issues, dependencies, and decisions throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Oversee launch and transition to ongoing program operations and capture lessons learned.
