Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, PM, or related field.
• 4+ years in implementation, project, or program management.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery to launch.
• Experience with MSP programs.
• Strong project planning, organization, and execution across priorities.
• Ability to drive projects forward and own timelines.
• Excellent client-facing communication, facilitation, and relationship skills.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, and priorities.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable implementation activities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project (MPP) and detailed project plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI tools.
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments with ownership mindset.
• Preferred: Pixid Pro VMS experience, professional services/workforce solutions, public-sector exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and create implementation plans.
