Job summary

CAI in the United States seeks a motivated MSP Implementation Manager to lead client programs from discovery through launch and into ongoing operations, fully remote. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate client requirements into detailed plans, manage risks, and ensure alignment with timelines and business objectives.

Experience with MSP programs and Pixid Pro VMS is a plus; strong organization and communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in implementation/project/program management, consulting, or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder client implementations from discovery through launch.
• Experience with MSP programs and ability to translate requirements into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and implementation planning from discovery to launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to keep implementations moving forward.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, milestones, and dependencies.
• Monitor progress, address barriers, and ensure alignment with client expectations and standards.
• Capture lessons learned and drive improvements for future implementations.
