Job summary

1Password is seeking an experienced Partner Manager to help MSPs deploy and scale 1Password solutions. You’ll manage partner relationships, guide deployments in complex IT environments, identify growth opportunities, and help MSPs deliver value to their customers.

This remote role is open to candidates in the US and Canada, with base salary between $93,000 and $130,000 plus commission and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Customer Success, Account Executive, or Account Management roles.
• Ability to manage partner relationships and guide software deployments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of MSP accounts and build strong partner relationships.
• Identify expansion opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling to increase ARR.
• Lead regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and growth plans.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations communicating value of 1Password to MSPs and end customers.
• Guide onboarding and deployment with internal teams to fit partner needs and timelines.
• Monitor deployment progress, address roadblocks, and coordinate resources to keep implementations moving.
• Train MSPs to sell, deploy, and support 1Password for end users.
