Job summary

1Password is seeking a Solutions Engineer, SMB, to support our sales teams by addressing customer requests and learning resources. You’ll help with compliance responses and vendor registrations, while creating valuable video content and knowledge base materials for go‑to‑market.

This is a remote opportunity for the US and Canada, offering extensive benefits, an equity grant, generous PTO, and incentive programs. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

• Experience in a customer‑facing role in SaaS/Technology.
• Ability to convey technical information to broad audiences.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales teams to respond to customer requests and security/compliance questionnaires.
• Create video resources and knowledge base content for go‑to‑market.
• Provide training to customers and internal teams.
• Record and share demonstrations and technical consultations.
• Support adoption and reduce friction to elevate understanding of 1Password.
