Job summary

1Password is seeking a Solutions Engineer, SMB to support our sales teams by handling customer requests and learning resources. You’ll assist with compliance needs, security questionnaires, and vendor registrations while creating valuable knowledge-base content.

You will train customers and team members, deliver video resources, and collaborate with GTM to reduce friction and increase product adoption across SMB customers in a remote US/Canada environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a SaaS/security/tech environment, customer-facing role preferred.
• Ability to explain technical information to a general audience with clarity.
• Strong presentation and writing skills; attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Support sales teams with customer requests and learning resources.
• Respond to vendor requests, security questionnaires, and legal requests.
• Create and manage knowledge-base content for Go-to-market.
• Record video resources and run learning sessions for customers and teams.
