Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a Partner Account Manager for the MSP Division to accelerate growth through MSPs in the USA. You will identify, onboard, and manage MSP partners and distributors, organize partner trainings, and drive joint business plans to meet revenue targets.

Travel to partner events and client sites will be required. You should have strong IT knowledge in cybersecurity or cloud services and at least five years in IT with MSP/channel sales.

Qualifications

• Strong IT knowledge in security, SaaS, or cloud services.
• Minimum five years’ IT experience with MSP/channel sales.
• Proven ability to grow sales partners and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage a network of MSP partners and distributors in the USA.
• Onboard new partners and foster long-term relationships.
• Organize training for sales partners and MSP programs.
• Develop partner business plans and drive MSP growth.
• Represent Proofpoint at events and partner forums with impact.
• Forecasts and actions to hit MSP sales targets in Texas.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams.
