- At least four years of experience in a customer-facing technical role in SaaS or security-focused B2B environments.
- Experience leading technical onboarding and implementation conversations with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and demonstration skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Own technical relationships with customers through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Lead technical implementations, including integrations, configuration, troubleshooting, and security reviews.
- Advise customers on identity, access management, device trust, and SaaS security to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Partner with Customer Success to identify risks and maximize long-term value.
