Job summary

TeamLogic IT is seeking a diligent MSP Level 1 Technician to provide remote and on-site support to SMB clients in Maryland and beyond. You will handle hardware and software installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. You will document incidents, maintain security practices, and assist with firmware updates, backups, and basic network configurations while

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field.
Prior MSP or IT support experience with SMB clients preferred.
Proficiency in Windows and macOS, basic network configuration, and common business apps.

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site technical support to SMB clients.
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, backups, and monitoring.
Act as first point of contact for incidents and service requests with proper SLA adherence.
Maintain clear communication with clients and provide status updates.
Document client systems and procedures in ticketing/sharing tools.
Implement and monitor basic security measures and configurations.
Assist with hardware/software installation and configuration for clients.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to best practices.
