TeamLogic IT in Durham, NC seeks a diligent MSP Level 1 Technician to deliver remote and on-site IT support for SMB clients. You will troubleshoot hardware/software, perform maintenance, backups, and security tasks while following SLAs and documenting actions.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior MSP or IT support experience serving SMB clients is preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS, basic networking, and common business apps (Microsoft 365, G Suite).
• Certs such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP are advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical support to SMB clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Perform routine system maintenance, updates, backups, and monitoring for security.
• Act as first point of contact for incidents and service requests with clear ticketing.
• Communicate status updates to clients and document configurations and resolutions.
• Assist with security measures and installation/configuration of hardware/software.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to best practices.
