Job summary

Keeper Security is hiring an Inside Sales Representative for MSP and SMB, a 100% remote role with hybrid options for Chicago-area candidates. You will drive MSP channel growth by qualifying inbound leads, coordinating pricing and renewals, and conducting engaging demos to showcase Keeper’s cybersecurity and privileged access solutions.

We seek 2+ years in inside sales or B2B SaaS, strong communication, and Salesforce experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, channel development, or B2B SaaS experience.
• Foundational knowledge of the MSP and cybersecurity landscape.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with a Customer Relationship Management tool; Salesforce preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite programs.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and respond promptly to inbound leads, representing Keeper’s MSP program.
• Coordinate pricing, training, and renewals; identify expansion opportunities.
• Conduct engaging virtual demos showing Keeper’s cybersecurity and PAM value.
• Research potential MSP/MSSP/Telco partners to grow pipeline and adoption.
• Collaborate with the MSP Account Manager to ensure territory coverage and growth.
