Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is seeking an experienced Wholesale Account Executive to grow and manage a broad broker/seller network across the United States. You will drive new business, retain existing lenders, and coordinate with operations to close wholesale and correspondent loans.

Ideal candidates will have a proven sales track record in mortgage wholesale, knowledge of agency and non-agency products, and strong collaboration across underwriting, funding and warehouse

Qualifications

• Experience building broker/seller relationships in mortgage wholesale/correspondent channels.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations and agency/non‑agency products.
• Ability to learn Carrington policies, guidelines and processes quickly.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and approve new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Maintain broker/seller relationships to ensure steady loan applications.
• Advise on programs, pricing, and submission policies.
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and closers for timely closings.
• Ensure compliance deadlines for pre-disclosures and notices.
• Manage CRM contacts and protect customer confidentiality.
• Provide high level customer service throughout the loan process.
