Job summary

Carrington Mortgage Services-Wholesale Lending is seeking an experienced account executive to develop and maintain broker/seller relationships for wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products. You will call on potential or existing brokers to grow new business and support timely closings.

You will train brokers on systems, manage the loan pipeline, ensure compliance deadlines, and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales performance with broker/seller relationships.
• Proven ability to set and reach sales goals.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations and mortgage products.
• 1–5 years wholesale/correspondent account executive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and gain approval for new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Establish and maintain broker/seller relationships for steady loan applications.
• Advise brokers/sellers on programs, pricing, and submission policies.
• Train brokers on online systems for submissions, underwriting, rate sheets, and locks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closings and compliance deadlines.
• Manage loan pipeline to meet departmental goals.
• Maintain confidential customer information per policy and law.
• Provide high level customer service to brokers/sellers throughout the process.
