Training lasts 9 weeks, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST, with starting pay of $20.00/hour and additional pay for certain shifts; benefits are included. Preference for candidates in KY, IN, OH, TX, AZ, MO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong phone communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with digital applications (banking/money transfer apps) and ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and problems on first contact.
• Provide customers with account information and guidance.
• Resolve or refer billing disputes and correct payment errors.
• Maintain and update customer accounts as needed.
• Handle card, check, or other orders and assist with lost/stolen items.
• Research issues that could not be resolved during initial contact.
