Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to four years of relevant experience
• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English
• Strong phone communication skills
• Problem-solving/critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with digital applications (banking apps)
• Strong technology skills to navigate multiple systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or some college experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and problems on first contact
• Provide customers with account information
• Resolve or refer billing disputes
• Correct payment errors
• Perform account maintenance and processing
• Take card, check or other orders
• Handle lost or stolen cards/checks
• Research issues not resolved on initial contact
