Qualifications

• Bilingual ability in SPANISH and English reading/writing/speaking

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests and problems.
• Research, analyze, and provide solutions that meet the customer’s needs.
• Resolve or refer billing disputes and correct payment errors; maintain accounts; handle card/ checks orders; assist with lost or stolen cards/checks.
• Assist customers with account information and general inquiries.
• Research and resolve issues not handled on the initial contact.
