MCI is seeking a remote Work-at-Home Customer Service Associate to support mortgage customers across the United States. You will handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and document interactions in CRM while following client processes and protecting sensitive information.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a high school diploma, fluent English, strong multitasking and typing skills (30–45 WPM), and solid MS Office knowledge. A customer-focused mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to multi-task across multiple screens while talking to customers.
• Fast typing (30–45 WPM) and fluent English reading and speaking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls courteously and professionally.
• Listen to customers, identify needs, and resolve issues.
• Escalate issues to appropriate staff for resolution.
