• Familiarity with the UK mortgage process or financial services admin is highly desirable.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously from home.
• Comfort with cloud-based platforms and maintaining accurate data; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mortgage Case Progression: Manage daily case queue, follow up on outstanding actions, and maintain meticulous records.
• Coordinate with lenders, valuers, and solicitors to keep mortgage applications moving smoothly.
• Monitor pipelines, flag delays, and support the UK administration team during peak periods.
• Inbound Enquiry Handling & Client Booking: Respond quickly to enquiries and book appointments with mortgage advisers.
• Conduct initial, welcoming calls and document outcomes; keep discussions focused on bookings.
