Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking entrepreneurial Loan Officers to run their own mortgage business under our umbrella, operating remotely with uncapped commissions. We license in 28 states and provide administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate.

Successful candidates will cultivate referral networks with Realtors, CPAs and financial planners, maintain a client database, and aim to close 3–5 units per month while growing their book of business.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to assess financial information.
• Sales-focused with a track record of meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners.
• Manage mortgage leads and close loans while maintaining compliance.
• Operate remotely under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella with P&L responsibility.
• Close 3–5 units per month and grow the book of business.
