The role is remote, operating on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage, with administrative and compliance support from Corporate and uncapped commissions.

License in 28 states is required; successful candidates maintain a robust past-client database and close 3–5 units monthly.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, and financial planners.
• Run your own loan officer business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Close 3–5 loan units per month or more, while meeting regulatory requirements.
