Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking a results-driven Loan Officer to run a remote, commission-based practice under Caliver Beach Mortgage. Build relationships with referral partners and maintain a robust client database while growing loan volumes.

Operate on a P&L basis with corporate support for operations and compliance. Candidates should hold an active NMLS/MLO license, demonstrate strong regulatory knowledge, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3–5 units per month.
• Active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
