As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will evaluate borrowers, guide applications through pre-approval, and collaborate with processing and underwriting to close loans promptly.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Lead sources provided: inbound, transfers, outbound.
• Guide clients through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
