Qualifications

- Active NMLS license in good standing.
- Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.
Responsibilities
- Receive live-transfer leads and build rapport with borrowers.
- Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products.
- Manage multiple lead sources: inbound, transfers, and outbound.
- Guide clients through the initial application and pre-approval process.
- Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
- Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
