Holders of an active NMLS license will join a team focused on residential and/or commercial loans, with flexible pay plans and remote work options. A proven track record in high-volume sales is required.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
- Active NMLS license in good standing.
- Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.
Responsibilities
- Receive live-transfer leads from appointment setters and build rapport.
- Evaluate borrower profiles and recommend mortgage products.
- Handle inbound, transfers, and outbound leads.
- Guide clients through application and pre-approval processes.
- Collaborate with processing and underwriting to close loans timely.
- Maintain a high closing ratio with excellent customer service.
