True Financial in Michigan seeks experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our Southfield HQ, with live leads delivered daily to your desk. This full-time, inside sales role focuses on closing residential and/or commercial loans from a remote-friendly setup.

You will evaluate borrower profiles, guide applications, and collaborate with processing to ensure timely closures, while maintaining a high closing ratio and top-tier customer service.

Formación

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience originating residential mortgage loans.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a call center or high-volume inside sales environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsabilidades

• Receive live-transfer leads and immediately build rapport.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles and recommend suitable residential mortgage products.
• Multiple lead sources provided - inbound, transfers, outbound.
• Guide clients through the initial application and pre-approval process.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio while delivering exceptional customer service.
