Job summary

True Financial, a fast-growing mortgage lender, is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Officers for our Headquarters in Southfield. This full-time, inside sales role focuses on closing residential and commercial loans using warm live transfers and prescreened leads.

You will evaluate borrower profiles, guide clients through the application and pre-approval, and collaborate with processing and underwriting to ensure timely closures.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of residential mortgage loan origination experience.
• Active NMLS license in good standing.
• Proven success in a high-volume inside sales or call center.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with standard mortgage industry software.

Responsibilities

• Receive live-transfer leads and build rapport with borrowers.
• Evaluate borrower profiles and recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting to ensure timely loan closures.
• Maintain a high closing ratio with excellent customer service.
