Zippy is hiring for a Closing Operations Specialist – Broker to coordinate and close loans through our broker channel. You will be the main contact for brokers, settlement agents, and internal staff, ensuring accurate final figures and documents for timely closings.

You will oversee digital signing ceremonies, assist borrowers through closing documents, and support remote online notarization, contributing to a positive final financing experience for manufactured home buyers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of loan closing experience in housing/ manufactured housing is preferred.
• Ability to review and balance final loan documents and settlement statements.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the central point of contact for external mortgage brokers, settlement agents, and internal account executives to resolve late-stage closing bottlenecks.
• Balance final loan documents and settlement statements with title companies, escrow officers, or settlement agents; identify discrepancies.
• Guide borrowers through closing documents and facilitate remote online notarization.
• Coordinate corrections with internal teams and settlement partners to ensure timely closings.
• Develop a smooth, digital closing experience and support a fast, online loan process.
