Job summary

TeamViewer seeks a high-impact Vice President, Enterprise Sales – Midwest, USA to lead a regional sales A-team with MEDDPICC as the qualification framework. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strategic deals, and mentoring sales executives across Enterprise and Strategic accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in senior sales leadership, a track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals, and deep relationships with channel partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven sales executive experience with targets met/exceeded.
• Experience closing multi-million deals (Enterprise/Strategic).
• 5+ years in sales leadership or executive roles.
• Relationships with key channel partners in region.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory.
• Coach team to develop, close, and foster large strategic deals (>$500K).
• Travel to key accounts to progress deals to closure (up to 40%).
• Forecast monthly and quarterly results with leadership.
• Build and nurture partner relationships with VARs/GSIs/MSPs.
