Job summary

ABB Installation Products Division is seeking a Sales Development Leader to drive district-wide growth across the Midwest. You will partner with Agency Sales Teams, Regional Leadership, and Market Development Managers to create and execute pull-through demand, expand distributor revenue, and accelerate growth initiatives in data centers, infrastructure, semiconductor, and power generation markets.

This is a remote role, but you must reside in the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial sales or related leadership roles.
• Experience with indirect sales channels and distributor networks.
• Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive district growth by identifying opportunities and mapping market activity.
• Lead channel growth, coordinate pursuit strategies, track progress, remove barriers.
• Coach agency sales teams to strengthen opportunity creation and ecosystem engagement.
• Collaborate across ABB teams to align resources and deliver district growth priorities.
