DuraPlas, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across the Midwest, covering MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, MI, IN, OH and KY.

This is an individual contributor role with full ownership of the territory, including developing a sales strategy and building strong customer relationships. The role emphasizes expanding plumbing and HVAC product lines, creating distributor partnerships, and growing OEMs, contractors, and end users.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience; Plumbing, HVAC, or Industrial markets preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining long‑term customer relationships.
• Experience working autonomously in field sales across a multi‑state region.

• Develop new business opportunities in the Midwest plumbing and HVAC markets.
