DuraPlas, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive profitable growth across the Upper Midwest.

You will develop new business, expand customer relationships, and serve as the face of the Maxi-Lift product line across Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, and North Dakota. This is an individual contributor role with autonomy to craft your sales strategy, travel frequently, and collaborate with Product Management, Customer Service, and Marketing to win new accounts and grow

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in B2B environments; Agriculture, Poultry, and/or Industrial markets strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Experience launching or growing new project lines is a plus.
• Experience working autonomously in field sales across a multi-state region.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business and expand customer relationships in the Upper Midwest region (IL, WI, IA, MN, SD, ND).
• Territory management and account growth; be the face of the Maxi-Lift product line.
• Hit revenue growth targets and provide regular sales forecasts to leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment.
• Travel across multiple states to meet customers and close opportunities.
