Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing sales teams across a multi-state territory.
• Strong technical understanding of injection molding machinery or related equipment preferred.
• Demonstrated success driving equipment sales growth and managing complex sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team of approximately 5–6 representatives.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies focused on new machinery sales and market share growth.
• Support sales representatives in managing key customer relationships and major opportunities.
• Coordinate with account managers, aftermarket sales, and service teams to maximize opportunities.
• Oversee regional sales forecasts, budgets, pricing, and performance metrics.
