Job summary

FUJIFILM North America Corporation is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage channel partner relationships and drive revenue across the territory. You will assist in developing joint business plans, monitor KPIs, and forecast demand with SCM and finance teams.

The role requires 5+ years in sales within printing/office products, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel 40-50%. Remote-friendly with robust CRM use and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of prior sales experience; must have sales experience in Printing device/Office Products and related Software with Copier Dealers.
• Proven ability to manage sales pipeline and forecast product sales.
• Excellent knowledge of market conditions within targeted segments.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plan with channel partner to ensure revenue goals.
• Co-develop annual/quarterly business plans with partners and conduct quarterly business reviews (P&L, BS, etc).
• Review territory sales KPIs and financial performance (Revenue, GP, units).
• Manage monthly forecasts for 30/60/90/120 days; measure forecast by partner and product.
• Review supply & demand forecast with SCM manager and data collection for overall channel.
• Update sales activity reports (CRM, visits, events, trainings, pipeline, forecast).
• Identify market opportunities and develop channel coverage plan for Fujifilm product segment.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partner contacts (executive, sales, marketing, procurement, tech support, finance).
• Leverage Inside Sales resources to assist in partner management.
• Drive and track pipeline; forecast quarterly territory sales by product and partner.
• Promote trainings for partners to ensure certification to Fujifilm standards.
• Execute quarterly marketing and demand-generation activities with targeted partners.
• Communicate product launches, pricing changes, and distribution processes; report to management.
