Job summary

FUJIFILM North America Corporation is seeking a channel partner sales professional to drive revenue and build profitable relationships with partners in the US Midwest region. You will create and manage territory plans, promote Fujifilm solutions within partner networks, and enhance customer satisfaction through collaborative efforts.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in channel sales, strong forecasting, market insight, CRM/ERP experience, and the ability to travel 40–50% to support partner

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of prior sales experience in Printing device/Office Products or related software.
• Proven ability to manage sales pipeline and forecast product sales.
• Excellent knowledge of market conditions in targeted segments.
• Experience with forecasting, pipelines, and CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong financial skills including experience with P&L and balance sheets.
• Ability to influence people and align remote teams to goals.
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel 40–50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plan with channel partner to meet revenue goals.
• Co-develop annual/quarterly business plans with partners and conduct quarterly reviews (P&L, BS, data).
• Review territory sales KPIs and financial performance weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Manage monthly forecasts for 30/60/90/120 days; forecast accuracy by partner and product.
• Review supply & demand forecast with SCM manager.
• Update Sales activity reports (CRM, visits, events, trainings, pipeline, forecast).
• Identify market opportunities and develop channel coverage plan.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partner contacts across functions.
• Leverage Inside Sales resources to assist in partner management.
• Drive and track pipeline and forecast quarterly territory sales.
• Promote trainings and ensure partners are certified to Fujifilm standards.
• Execute quarterly marketing/demand generation activities with partners.
• Communicate product launches, pricing changes, and distribution processes.
