Fujifilm North America Corporation seeks a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to achieve revenue goals through partner networks in the United States. You will develop territory plans, co-create business plans with partners, and drive joint value with customers.

The role emphasizes managing forecasts, pipeline, and KPI reviews, while fostering strong relationships with executives, sales, marketing, and finance across partner organizations. Travel 40-50% expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of prior sales experience, especially with Copier Dealers.
• Experience forecasting with CRM and ERP systems.
• Ability to forecast and manage pipelines and budgets.
• Willingness to travel ~40–50% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plan with channel partner to meet revenue goals.
• Co-develop annual/quarterly business plans with partners and conduct quarterly reviews (P&L, BS).
• Review territory KPIs and financial performance weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Manage forecasts for 30/60/90/120 days and track against actuals.
• Identify market opportunities and expand partner coverage in territory.
• Build relationships with partner executives and cross-functional teams.
• Drive pipeline and coordinate trainings and product launches with partners.
• Promote trainings and ensure partners are certified to Fujifilm standards.
• Communicate product launches, pricing changes, and distribution processes.
