Job summary

Fujifilm North America Corporation is seeking a remote US-based Channel Sales Manager focused on building profitable relationships with channel partners in the Printing/Office Products space. You will co-develop business plans, manage forecasts, and drive partner-driven revenue across the territory.

The role requires strong CRM/ERP proficiency, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to travel 40–50% to support partner activities and quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Printing/Office Products.
• Proven ability to forecast sales and manage pipeline.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong financial skills including P&L understanding.
• Ability to travel 40–50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plan with channel partner to meet revenue goals.
• Co-develop annual/quarterly business plans with partners and conduct quarterly reviews.
• Review territory KPIs and financial performance.
• Manage monthly forecasts for 30/60/90/120 days.
• Review supply/demand forecast with SCM manager.
• Update CRM reports, visits, events, and pipeline.
• Identify market opportunities and plan channel coverage.
• Build relationships with partner executives, sales, marketing, and finance.
• Drive pipeline and forecast accuracy with partners.
• Promote trainings for partners and certify standards.
• Execute quarterly marketing and demand generation activities.
• Communicate product launches and pricing to partners.
