Job summary

FUJIFILM North America Corporation is seeking a Channel Partner Sales Manager to drive revenue through strategic partnerships with printing and office products dealers. The role focuses on creating mutually profitable relationships with channel partners and managing territory plans to meet business goals.

The ideal candidate will reside in the Midwest (MN, WI, MI, IL, IA) and possess strong forecasting, CRM, and P&L skills, with travel up to 40–50%.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of prior sales experience; must have sales experience in Printing device/Office Products and related Software with Copier Dealers.
• Proven ability to manage sales pipeline and accurately forecast product sales.
• Experience with forecasting and pipelines, and knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
• Strong financial skills including experience understanding P&L and balance sheets.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plan with channel partner to ensure revenue goals.
• Co-develop annual/quarterly business plans with partners and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Review territory sales KPIs and financial performance per week, month and quarter.
• Manage monthly forecasts for 30/60/90/120-day periods and measure forecast accuracy.
• Review supply & demand forecast with SCM manager.
• Update sales activity reports (CRM, visits, events, trainings, pipeline and forecast).
• Identify market opportunities and develop territory channel coverage plans for Fujifilm products.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partner contacts to maximize Fujifilm’s business through partners.
• Leverage Inside Sales resources to manage targeted partners.
• Drive and track pipeline and forecast quarterly territory sales by product and partner.
• Promote or schedule trainings for partners to ensure certification.
• Execute quarterly marketing tactical and demand generation activities with partners.
• Communicate product launches, pricing changes, and distribution processes to partners.
