Aurora Health Care is seeking an experienced leader to oversee Mid‑Revenue Cycle operations in Wisconsin. You will drive efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide a team to deliver high‑quality financial and clinical data workflows.

The role requires extensive knowledge of facility and professional coding, strong data analysis, and collaboration across clinical, IT, and finance teams. A bachelor’s degree in health information management or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in mid‑revenue cycle operations, coding, or HIM.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a large integrated healthcare system.
• Coding certification preferred (AAPC or AHIMA)
• Regulatory knowledge across state/federal requirements and coding classifications (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and ensure alignment with divisional and enterprise goals.
• Improve efficiency, productivity, and standardized best practices across Mid‑Revenue Cycle.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality of patient records; report non‑compliance.
• Use KPIs to measure performance, identify trends, and drive data‑driven improvements.
• Leverage healthcare technology and analytics to enhance decision‑making and drive innovation.
• Engage with clinical, IT, Compliance, and Revenue Cycle leaders to align processes.
