Responsibilities

Lead daily operations within the assigned Mid-Revenue Cycle function area to align with enterprise goals.
Evaluate processes to improve efficiency and standardize best practices across the Mid-Revenue Cycle.
Ensure regulatory compliance and confidentiality of patient records; report non-compliance to leadership.
Use KPIs to monitor performance, trends, and drive data-driven improvement strategies.
Leverage healthcare technology and analytics tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
Engage clinical, IT, Compliance, and Revenue Cycle leaders to integrate Mid-Revenue Cycle processes.
