Samsara, a leading Connected Operations cloud provider, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Account Executives team focusing on mid-sized Private Sector organizations. This remote role supports candidates in the US Central Time Zone with relocation not offered.

You'll hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team, while collaborating cross-functionally to solve problems and drive quarterly targets. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Two+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Track record of exceeding targets with coaching a sales team.
• Experience coaching outbounding and complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and team management abilities.
• Self-starter with adaptability and growth mindset.
• Data-driven decision making and pipeline forecasting.
• Proficient with SFDC, SalesLoft and Gong.

Aufgaben

• Coach a team of ~8 account executives on sales strategy and pipeline reviews.
• Hire and onboard new account executives and provide ongoing coaching.
• Work cross-functionally to strategically solve problems and project manage.
• Create content for ongoing training and development.
• Support account executives through professional development plans.
• Provide clear and tactical feedback to account executives.
• Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
• Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team.
