Job summary

Samsara is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives II focused on mid-sized Private Sector organizations. You will hire, develop, and coach a high-performing, inclusive team.

This is a remote position open to candidates in the US Central Time Zone. Relocation assistance is not provided. You will collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategy, training, and performance, while embodying Samsara’s customer-first principles.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience or more.
• Ability to coach a sales team on outbounding and pipelines.
• Experience with complex multi-decision-maker sales cycles and long-term deals.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach a team of ~8 account executives on sales strategy and pipeline reviews.
• Hire and onboard new account executives and provide ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and manage projects.
• Develop ongoing training content and support professional development plans.
• Provide clear feedback to account executives and model Samsara’s cultural principles.
