Responsabilités

• Coach a team of ~8 account executives on sales strategy and pipeline reviews.
• Hire and onboard new account executives and provide ongoing coaching.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to solve problems and drive projects.
• Create content for ongoing training and development.
• Support AEs through development plans and performance feedback.
• Provide clear, tactical feedback to AEs and managers.
• Foster a high‑performing team culture with strong EQ.
• Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged team.
